In Los Angeles County, there are 75 Blood Gangs, 200 Crip gangs, 500 Hispanic Gangs, and 20,000 Asian gang members, and 20,000 members of the famed 18th Street Gang, which actually is a bunch of smaller gangs that are all under the 18th Street Gang umbrella. Thanks to "The Unifier" all of these gangs and more have joined together, making an army of several hundred thousand strong throughout LA County. The first skirmishes between GANG UNLIMITED and the police have started, though not in Los Angeles city itself yet.
LA County of course comprises 88 cities and holds a population of close to ten million people.
Apparently, Gang Unlimited has taken over a large section of the San Emigdio Mountains, and have formed a complex there where over twenty thousand of their membership has flocked. Reverberations of this action have already echoed throughout the entire state of California, as police have found themselves in more and more violent actions from the gangs. The gangs are no longer attacking each other. Instead, they seek to wipe out all of their competitors, which include other criminal elements as well as law enforcement.
Snitches have reported that the goals of Gang United is to take over California and rule it as a province independent of the United States. If this is true, then a war between the gangs and even the United States military is a future possibility, though for now Governor Schwarzenegger has said he is not planning to call in the National Guard, though the Governor said that he will take whatever precautions are necessary to "Crush this opponent like insects underfoot!"
It is obvious that no one was prepared for this kind of scenario to actually occur. The gangs are moving fast to act on their element of surprise. What city out of the 88 will be the first that they try and take over?
EMERGENCY UPDATE 1/16/2008 -- Gang Unlimited Take Emigdio Mountains
At exactly 8 AM Pacific Time eight towns in the northwest part of L.A. County were attacked by Gang Unlimited, the unified forces which used to comprise the many various gangs in California, but which have joined together in a dedicated effort to create a state of anarchy by which they and their mysterious leader, only known as "The Unifier" can seize power and control.
Here are the results of the early morning skirmishes: In major battles in the towns within the Emigdio Mountain Range, total loss of the three major towns of Frazier Park, Lake of the Woods, and Pine Mountain Club occurred as Gang Unlimited has seized the entire range as their major base of operations. While the Emigdio Mountains are in Kern County and not L.A. County, the actions that followed in the following morning hours made it clear that the Gang is moving towards a goal of conquering Los Angeles and not moving outwards to take the rest of Kern County.

EMERGENCY UPDATE 1/16/2008 -- Gang Unlimited attacks Lancaster
At 10 AM Pacific time, a large contingent of Gang Unlimited, estimated at three thousand gang members, rushed southwards from Kern County and assaulted police and highway patrols in Lancaster, Quartz Hill, Antelope Acres, and Del Sur making good on threats and promises to murder as many police officers as possible. Evacuations of the towns have been allowed by the gangs as they look to seize control of Californian territories and claim them as Gang Unlimited territory. An estimated one hundred and fifty two police officers were slain in the battles, with over four hundred more wounded and retreating, as the police were caught off guard not expecting as huge a force gang members to assault them. Gang Unlimited suffered its own losses. In fact, for every slain officer Gang Unlimited is reported to have lost five of its own. This brings the death toll in only a few hours to over seven hundred, making it the worst gang versus police action in the history of the state. And this is just the beginning.
EMERGENCY UPDATE 1/16/2008 -- Gang Unlimited Skirmishes in San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles
At 3 PM Pacific Time, multiple skirmishes occurred between Gang Unlimited and police in the San Fernando Valley, while a force that Gang Unlimited is calling "exploratory" of only forty gang members assaulted a lone precinct in Los Angeles, apparently testing its strength. In the San Fernando Valley, four precincts were attacked, with two of them routed by an overwhelming surge of around three hundred gang members, but the other two precincts, bolstered by mustard gas and advanced body armor, were able to repel the Gang Unlimited attackers.
In Los Angeles, the exploratory force was quickly routed, not only by a ready and able force of police and SWAT snipers, but also by the presence of Leslie, the well known and powerful Meta who is known for controversy and getting in the middle of the action, sometimes choosing to be one of the good guys, sometimes choosing to be among the bad guys, and sometimes sabotaging everyone else in the battles he engages in.
Police were thankful that this time around, Leslie sided with them. Hovering in air on what can only be described as "rocket shoes" Leslie hovered and killed gang members with disintegration ray guns! "We don't know where he got those, but I hope there aren't any more of them like it. They turned those Gang Unlimited members into little puddles of water!" police detective Morty Higgins said. "We were grateful for his help and also another Meta, a metal clad warrior woman who killed a lot of the Gang Unlimited members in hand to hand combat. We don't know who she was, she's a new one. And unfortunately we didn't get her name either."
We may not have her name, but we do have exclusive photos of her in action. <Action Photos of Mellia in battle with Gang Unlimited members>
There were civilian casualties as Gang Unlimited members, using rocket launchers, fired two rockets in the air at Leslie. The Meta was able to avoid the rockets, which then careened into a nearby occupied apartment building, killing four and wounding twenty-three others. Police lost nine officers in the battle, while twelve Gang Unlimited members were killed, another fourteen injured and arrested before the rest fled and escaped.
More updates to come as the battle between Gang Unlimited and the police continue...
GOVERNATOR CALLS IN NATIONAL GUARD
1/17/2008
The Governor of California Ernie Schwarzenegger, the powerful Meta Hero known as "The Governator" has declared a state of Emergency and has called in the National Guard to assist with the assault against Gang Unlimited.
"We will deal with these miscreants once and for all." The Governator grinned broadly as he spoke to reporters. "We are very happy actually that this has happened. Now we can be gang free at last! We will wipe them from the face of the Earth, scatter them like insects, and in the end, all our peoples will be happier and safer than ever! I can't wait to personally get my hands on their leader, and personally crush his weakling spine!"
The Governor's glee while a record number of deaths and injuries as a result of yesterday's battles in Kern County, the San Fernando Valley, and Los Angeles seem, to this reporter, to be a little off-kilter. But the Governor's sunny viewpoint that this will mean the end of the gangs, not the beginning of rule under them, does lend a certain confidence in the state leader's ability to get this problem solved.
