- Much like the traits themselves, power levels would be setable by the players and revised at will.
- Using power ratings will be voluntary on the part of the player (just like using traits).
- A comparison system, e.g. a coded RPG system, isn't being planned. (Those things are a lot of work, people!) But if one were to be implemented, the following would be desired:
- A check between a listed series of trait values (the series visible to the players involved) and would return a "descriptive" result of the difference rather than an absolute or numerical result.
- A random element could be added by agreement.
- There would be some simple permissions set so that players could allow or deny others the comparison.
- It would be fairly close to the system used in the old Marvel Superhero RPG. In other words, clean, simple and descriptive.
The usefullness of such a system usually requires a fully written (whether in code or documentation) role playing system and would take a decent amount of work. That right there makes it a very low priority. ;)
