The log list is hosted by google groups at:

This game has a log list and while we encourage people to send their RP logs to it, it is by no means manditory. It is a form of entertainment for those that may not have time to play... as well as a way to share great RP and scenes with other players.
Some logs will be shared on the wiki as well, go to GameLogs for those.
Sharing your RP can also be a great way of building justification for changes to your character, or for other players to simply learn of important elements.
It's there as a game-oriented service. Have fun with it.
