Death Heckler is a psychotic Super Scientist, who is registered as Death Heckler (real name unknown) and considered a First Wave Rockstar. He is big on theatrics, often striking where he knows the media will film his horrific deeds. He loves the attention and actually does not harm the media, and for this, they have rewarded him by giving him the media attention he craves.
Unfortunately, despite his obvious genius he is truly homicidal and has the highest civilian death count of any known Meta not imprisoned or assassinated. Most First Wave Rockstar heroes, and even many first wave shadows, have had their share of dealings with him, and it is never fun.
Death Heckler has a garish costume, which is a cross between an orange and black jester costume with a cackling Jack O Lantern type face. He hovers on a large oval smiley face, and loves to use explosives. However, his Jupiter Effected genius is such that his tactics continually change, and he never seems to strike with the same weapon or technology twice. It is arguable whether or not he is able to re-manufacture a particular weapon twice, as most super-scientists can only make a single prototype, and so his unpredictability may be due to the fact that he creates prototypes of weapons that either explode or have limited use or ammunition, thus forcing him to retire that technology due to not being able to reproduce it, and therefore moves on to whatever his Jupiter Effected inspiration takes him next.
Death Heckler will always choose to murder over other choices, making him one of the most widely feared beings alive. His goals are erratic, sometimes he seems to have a plan, other times he seems simply bent on revenge towards another Meta, sometimes for reasons known only to him. It is clear the man needs psychiatric help, although his crimes certainly warrant the death penalty many times over.
