Quite a bit of leeway is given for building. Don't go nuts with it. :)
If a large area (more than 5 rooms) needs to be built, ask for a builder
character (news build character). But first consider if /all/ the rooms
are really needed. Good descriptions on exits and slightly descriptive
@succ and @osucc will easily simulate hallways or extra rooms.
Try to make most everything you build for the use of the public. A few
private rooms might be desired, for example, but certainly not more than a
few. And the rest of the building they are in should be public (especially
for an apartment building, condo, residential block, or similar).
We don't want to end up imposing a ratio or limit on building private vs
public rooms, but there should be at least 3 rooms for others to enjoy for
every room not to be made public.
