Aliens: You are not from Earth. You were either sent here by your planet’s government or military to get a greater understanding of both Earth’s Jupiter Effect Metas and the expansion of Earth’s advancements in space technology. That they are about to colonize the moon is troubling to some space-faring races, as this proves that Earth now has both the interest and capacity to expand past their own planet. Because Earthlings seem both expansionistic, capable in military, aggressive towards each other, and now with the Metas present, capable of potentially endangering other planets, representatives from space have started trickling in. Not in droves, yet, but enough are present that the situation is becoming tense.

You have a special base to headquarter at, called “FIFTH MOON”. Fifth moon is a large orbital headquarters that is shielded from Earth's still primitive detection equipment by advanced cloaking technology. Thus far Earth has not detected Fifth Moon and so it has been successful for extra-terrestrials to refuel their ships, meet to discuss the issues where Earth’s potential expansion into space and their Metas and military capacity is concerned, and even act as a launching pad if an invasion of Earth is deemed necessary in the future, would be detected. Fortunately, it was NOT. While some, especially high ranking officials at NASA and in Moscow, think there is something odd going on with debris that float near Fifth Moon, which is located near Mercury, but so far have not been able to send probes out that far to discover the truth.

Your character represents a planet from outer space. Either beneficial or self-interested, you have a mission to learn about Earth’s capacity to expand further into space and if doing so would prompt intergalactic war. There is a council of space-faring races waiting to hear your reports and make decisions concerning the planet.

Rather than having “super powers” you have racial characteristics that give you what appears to Earthlings, as super powers. For instance, all Skrulls in the marvel universe can shape-shift, so when one appears on Earth and does, that is a super-power because Earthlings themselves can’t do that.

ROCK-STAR ALIENS: You have, by accident or design, become one of the Rock Stars that the media highlights. You have been mistaken as a Meta, and if you are different looking enough than humans, perhaps you are considered a Critter. But you are well known as a hero, villain, or self-interested “Chaotic”.

Positive: You have all the benefits that rock-star Metas do, in that you are popular, have a fan base, and possibly are even registered! You have gained some earthly resources and you have absolutely fooled the populace into thinking you are indeed an Earthling. You have an important mission, one that may determine the fate of the planet Earth. Your reports may in fact cause the Council to either extend an invitation to Earth to join the Council, or to invade and attempt to destroy a potential competitor for the galaxy’s resources.

Negative: If anybody were to find out you are not from Earth, you would probably be captured, interrogated, and possibly even dissected. You ARE a spy from another planet, and whether your intentions are benevolent or malevolent, Earthlings do not yet know of the existence of alien life and part of your mission is to keep this a secret from them, as it gives the Council an element of surprise should they decide an invasion is necessary. Though you are living the good life, it is just a cover story. You are really all about your mission to determine the level of threat Earth presents to the rest of the galaxy.

Practical Role-Play: You are taking advantage of Earth’s own media, and have therefore completely infiltrated as a Meta. Many Metas lead a double life, with their civilian and “super” identities separate. You are leading a Triple Life, the process of mimicking a Meta complete by having super and civilian identity, but you are really a spy for your planet.

SHADOW ALIENS: You really are a spy from space. Nobody knows about you, but you are trying to know all about them. Learning about Earth culture, you have chosen Los Angeles because it is the world’s fifth leading economy, and a mecca where major corporations, government agencies, and lots of Metas are housed. Here, in this major city, you are going about your investigation of Earth’s potential threat to the rest of the galaxy as secretly as you can. Confrontation with agents of the government, military, and metas is inevitable, and this is good for test missions of their combat hardiness anyway. But it is important that they never suspect you are extra-terrestrial. That is a secret you will take to your grave.

Positive: If you love spy games, this is the ultimate for this environment. Your job will be to infiltrate every aspect of human society, learning what makes the humans tick, and deciding whether they are civilized enough to become members of the council, aggressive enough to become threats either economically or militarily in the galaxy, and assessing their military capabilities, including that of the metas, but also assessing their own intelligence networks, and attempting to infiltrate those networks.

Negative: You are the most secretive character class in the game, and need to be. You are not only not a rock-star meta, you are a spy for a galactic council on a planet that doesn’t know extra-terrestrials really exist, and are plotting against them! All your resources come from your planet, but you have managed to get yourself an earth base of some kind to hide your space shuttle.

Practical Role-Play: You are James Bond for an extra-terrestrial race! Whether you are a good-guy secret agent or a nasty one, you serve your planet loyally and plan to distinguish yourself in your career by helping aid the council in their all important decision to either invite Earth into the Intergalactic Council, or launch an invasion.
